I agree and assume full responsibility for the safety and indemnity of my child (Student Athlete) while using Old Dominion Racing, LLC’s (ODR’s) real-time GPS tracking system (System), GPS tracking device, and website. I voluntarily and knowingly waive and release any and all rights and claims against ODR, its officers, employees, and/or agents, acting officially or otherwise, for injuries and/or damages sustained as a result of or arising out Student Athlete’s participation and use of the System. I further agree to release and discharge, ODR, its officers, employees, and/or agents from all liability, claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions which I may or could have against the above parties arising out of my participation and/or Student Athlete’s participation in using the System. I grant ODR permission to track and provide the location of my Student Athlete at the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) event at Fair Hill, MD, on Saturday, October 15, 2022, and / or Sunday, October 16, 2022.
